Kirtan / Mantra & Cacao @ Nesodden

Welcome to this first of a kind extra sweet and cozy kirtan gathering with mantras and heartwarming cacao at Nesodden. In celebration of the appearance day of Radharani, we gather to sing into life the birth of Love in all forms.

The kirtan is guided by Nora on harmonium & Christian on guitar, both practicing yogies and devotional musicians.

Kirtan is a co-creation where every voice is welcome. The mantras will be easy to follow, and no previous experience with this practice is required. If you have a small rattle then feel free to bring it and shake along as the energy rises :)

This gathering is held at our new Vana home studio in Nesodden, and we are so happy to get to open the space at Radha´s appearance day.

Doors open at 17:15 and the kirtan starts at 17:30. Please arrive some time before we start to allow time to register and settle into the space.

Entry: 250 kr

Entry + cacao: 320 kr

Bhakti bliss pass : 800 kr (Includes 4 kirtan gatherings: 4 sep, 25 sep, 30 oct, 27 nov and cacao for the opening event. Only the first one is at Nesodden, the rest will be Hos Arne):

If arriving by bus from Nesoddtangen you can take bus 575 arriving at the stop Movei at 17:18. From there it is a short 2 min walk. If traveling from Oslo you first take the boat from Aker brygge to Nesoddtangen leaving at 16:33.

After the kirtan we will be sharing some fruit and friendly connection by the fire. You are welcome to stay for a bit, bring a little snack and enjoy the good company of friends :)

Blending mantra song and meditation, this ancient practice of bhakti yoga was developed to clear the mind, open the heart and invite into ones life a tangible and intimate connection to deeper aspects of ourselves and the universe. Between the chants we come back to silence, and share stories explaining the meaning of the mantras.

Ceremonial Cacao is a catalyst for opening the Heart, and has been used by the Mayan Indigenous people for millennia as a gentle support for going deeper into themselves.
