Kirtan / Mantra & Cacao / Divine union

Welcome to a heartopening evening og mantra song, in praise of the truth that unites us all together - love. This evening we will be sharing mantras to the different aspects reminding us of the harmony of union in Love - Sita Rama, Radha Krishna, Earth and Heaven, Shakti Shiva.

The kirtan is guided by Nora on harmonium & Christian on guitar, both practicing yogies and devotional musicians. With us this evening we have Karen Sollihaug on percussion, drumming us up on our dancing feet :)

To facilitate the journey back to the Heart, ceremonial cacao from the Central American jungle will be offered for purchase.

Doors open at 18:15 and the kirtan starts at 18:30. Please arrive some time before we start to allow time to register and settle into the space.

Blending mantra song and meditation, this ancient practice of bhakti yoga was developed to clear the mind, open the heart and invite into ones life a tangible and intimate connection to deeper aspects of ourselves and the universe. Between the chants we come back to silence, and share stories explaining the meaning of the mantras.

Kirtan is a co-creation where every voice is welcome. The mantras will be easy to follow, and no skills are required.

Ceremonial Cacao is a catalyst for opening the Heart, and has been used by the Mayan Indigenous people for millennia as a gentle support for going deeper into themselves.
