Kirtan / Mantra & Cacao

Welcome back to a sweet and joyous community gathering of mantra song, to warm our hearts and ignite our smiles. 

Sailing on the wave of Ganesh Chaturthi we gather to sing and dance into life the joy of Love in our hearts, towards a collective intention of compassion and learning.

The kirtan is guided by Nora on harmonium & Christian on guitar, both practicing yogies and devotional musicians.

Kirtan is a co-creation where every voice is welcome. The mantras will be easy to follow, and no previous experience with 

this practice is required. If you have a small rattle then feel free to bring it and shake along as the energy rises :)

To facilitate a smooth landing into our hearts we will be offering warm ceremonial cacao for purchase at the event.

Doors open at 17:00 and the kirtan starts at 17:15. Please arrive some time before we start to allow time to register and settle into the space.

Early bird by Aug 21st: NOK 250

Normal entry: NOK 300

Bhakti bliss pass: NOK 800 (4 kirtan gatherings: 28 aug, 25 sep, 30 oct, 27 nov)

Blending mantra song and meditation, this ancient practice of bhakti yoga was developed to clear the mind, open the heart and invite into ones life a tangible and intimate connection to deeper aspects of ourselves and the universe. Between the chants we come back to silence, and share stories explaining the meaning of the mantras.

Ceremonial Cacao is a catalyst for opening the Heart, and has been used by the Mayan Indigenous people for millennia as a gentle support for going deeper into themselves.
