Kirtan / Mantra & Cacao

Welcome to a sweet and joyous community gathering of mantra song, to warm our hearts and ignite our smiles. Lets gather and sing into life our intentions for this new new year, and a collective intention of freedom and happiness for all life.

The kirtan is guided by Nora on harmonium & Christian on guitar, both practicing yogies and devotional musicians. With us this evening we have Karen Sollihaug on percussion, drumming us up on our dancing feet :)

Kirtan is a co-creation where every voice is welcome. The mantras will be easy to follow, and no previous experience with this practice is required. If you have a small rattle then feel free to bring it and shake along as the energy rises :)

To facilitate a smooth landing into our hearts we will be offering warm ceremonial cacao for purchase at the event.
