Welcome to an evening of mantra song dedicated to Shakti Devi, the Mother of all Life. Marking the beginning of the Navaratri festival in celebration of goddess Durga, we gather to praise her infinite aspects and life giving power. We will share mantras and prayers to the many forms of the Goddess, with an intention of calling in joy, freedom nad healing for all life on our dear Mama Earth.
The kirtan is guided by Nora Niduvana and Torunn Avelsgaard Lien, both devotional musicians and yoginies dedicated to the Mother in all her forms.
To facilitate the journey back to the Heart, ceremonial cacao from the Central American jungle will be offered for purchase.
